The Bodega Bay Fisherman's Festival is a wonderful way to spend the weekend on the Sonoma Coast. With it's unique and quirky pet parade this by far is the most pet friendly festival in Sonoma County. It's located in the large Westside Regional Park where theres plenty of room to just hang out and enjoy the day.

Each day is filled with music and mini events throughout the day. From search and rescue demonstrations to arts and crafts for the kids to a home made boat competition/race to the blessing of the salmon fleet.

Of course there is great local seafood and vast assortment of Sonoma County Wines as well as arts and crafts and a great assortment of kites to buy.

All the locals are super pleasant to be around and really give you a small town welcome feeling. The Bodega Bay Fisherman's Festival is well worth the scenic drive out to the coast.
