Cloverdale Citrus Fair
The Cloverdale Citrus Fair has been running for over 115 years AND is the first official fair in the state of California each year! The peak of the fair is on Saturday at 11am when the free Cloverdale Citrus Fair Parade
(video & photos) kicks it off. The parade will most definitely put a smile on your face.
After the parade, check out the old-fashioned, small-town fair featuring carnival rides, exhibits, arts and crafts, 2 stages of live entertainment, a midway and more. I like the agricultural and livestock exhibits the best. After the wintertime blues, it's a very nice grounding experience.
The Cloverdale Citrus Fair is a great way to get away for the weekend and spend some time up in Northern Sonoma
County's quiet, quaint small town of Cloverdale.
