Gloria Ferrer Catalan Festival
Gloria Ferrer
Catalan Festival is a 2 day festival that takes place at the very casual chic Gloria Ferrer
Winery & Champagne caves.
From the Gloria Ferrer
web site:
Celebrating 25 years of making world-class sparkling and still wines.
Spain used to be a cluster of different kingdoms— Aragon and Catalonia, Valencia, Castilla—each with its own language, culture, heritage, and royal family. Eventually, by marriage or conquest, it all became one country. In the northeast of Spain, Catalonia has kind of an urban, yet Mediterranean feel to it. A lot of artists and entrepreneurs come from there as opposed to other regions that are more agricultural. Barcelona, Catalonia's enchanted city, is often referred to as Paris with palm trees.
Whether you're coming for the first time or to relive happy memories, you'll find plenty to do at the festival.
