This year, Chef Louis Maldonado and team showcase two very special wineries: Brogan Cellars and George Wine Company for Spoonbar's Pigs and Pinot Dinner. They will be taking Pinot to a whole new level in terms of food pairings. Whereas Pinot Noir is normally paired with European flavors, Chef Maldonado will marry Pinot with an Asian palette—from Japan, Korea and Vietnam—with pork as the unifying factor during this 5-course casual chic dinner. It’s a “Next Gen” Pigs & Pinot that promises to take the experience to a whole new level.
