Railroad Scare! take place in Santa Rosa's historic Railroad Square and features a host of activities and live music throughout the day. Shops around the park compete for the best scarecrow in the "Scarecrow Festival" contest. All the shops are in the festive mood and also hand out Halloween treats to all the children.

There is a also a children's costume and "Pumpkin Parade" which features Snoopy & Pals. Additionally there is also a "Scare-dy Dog Parade", come with you dog with costume and join the parade.
