The Russian River Beer Revival & BBQ Cookoff is one of my personal favorite events. It's got that laid back "river" feel to it. I only wish they would consider making it a 2 day event as the one day always sells out. So make sure to get your tickets early. Basically you pay your entrance fee and then roam around filling up on fine micro brews and killer barbecue. Theres live music and of course the Russian River Beer Revival & BBQ Cookoff is right on the banks of Russian River. So if it gets hot it's easy to just take a quick dip in the shallow, warm and welcoming Russian River.

The Russian River Beer Revival & BBQ Cookoff is hosted by the Stumptown Brewery and really brings in a friendly crowd. I cannot stress enough what a good vibe this festival has. Pack up the car with some good friends and have a memorable experience!

A Shuttle Bus is Available From Santa Rosa: Russian River Brewing Co. to Stumptown and Back. (11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) Only $10 with Advance Ticket Purchase. Overflow Parking and Shuttle Bus is Available From Guerneville.

If your driving come early as nearby parking is hard to come by. There will be over 25 Breweries and 25 Cook-Off Team participating in the 2008 event.
