Finally an event where having a belly is de rigueur!

Tribal Fest is the first ever Tribal BellyDance Festival in the world and boasts performers from 16 different countries around the world.  It’s been called the Mecca of Tribal BellyDance and since its inception in the year 2000, has always taken place at the Sebastopol Community Center.

Several styles of BellyDance are celebrated and performed, from ATS which is American Tribal Style to Tribal Fusion, Gothic BellyDance, Folkloric, Flamenco, Goddess dance and more.

The festival takes place over 5 days with 39 teachers conducting 60 classes throughout the festival.  Additionally there are about 50 vendors selling all sorts of dance related, alternative lifestyle items as well as food and drink.

The "Show" part of The Fest starts on Friday night at 3pm and goes until 9pm. On Saturday it is from 11am to 9pm and Sunday it is 11am until 6 pm. Get ready to be wowed!

Nudity is not encouraged but occasionally happens. May not be appropriate for children. The Sebastopol Community Center has added AIR CONDITIONING, making this year's Tribal Fest the coolest ever!
