Printmaking – Etching Techniques Adult Workshop with Sonoma Valley Museum of Arts

Description:
Over two Saturday, this workshop will cover basic etching techniques, including drypoint, etching, and monotypes. This workshop will focus on visual narratives and the written word, in conjunction with David Hockney's etchings illustrating six fairy tales from the Brothers Grimm.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have a signed print ready to be framed and smaller prints that are ready to be bound in an artist's book.
This class is open to both beginning and experienced printmakers.
