Description: "Make Yourself at Home!"
An exhibit of unusual home and garden accessories opens on Saturday, October 8, from 5-7 with a reception at The Gallery of Sea and Heaven, 312 South A Street, Santa Rosa, CA (in the SOFA, South of A Arts District).
In addition to intuitive artists from Becoming Independent, the exhibit presents the artwork of community artists which includes Frank Caton, D A Bishop, Naomi Lasley, Jeff Kan Lee, Xochi Nava MacPhee, Monty Monty, Denny Petersen, Annie
Roberts, Rebecca Stone, Paula Strother, Allis Teegarden, and Phil Wolch.
The exhibit features hand crafted surfaces and techniques applied to a piano and bench, lamps, rugs, furniture, paintings, coat rack, dishes, curtains, pillows, chandelier, candle holders, and a children's wooden kitchen set.
