In celebration of The American Institute of Wine & Food's 30th Anniversary, the grand Savor Wine Country event will be taking place January 18 – 22, 2012 in the heart of Napa. The weekend’s events will raise funds for the organization’s signature programs including the Days of Taste® initiative and culinary scholarships nationwide. Special events include: exclusive tours and wine tastings, private chefs dinners at participating restaurants, cooking classes and the 30th Anniversary Celebration Dinner and Auction with guest of honor Margrit Mondavi.
