Using recipes inspired by a piece Jill Silverman Hough created for Bon Appétit magazine, you'll learn how to enjoy the flavors of summer all year long in this basic canning class. You will learn about the equipment and techniques used to make simple hot water bath canned goods and the details of home canning. You'll do some canning of your own and then take home the rewards! Price includes all ingredients and jars for students to take home a sample of each recipe.
