The key to Thanksgiving is balancing the energy needed to prepare food with quality time with family and friends. Sharing favorite dishes can nourish us in profound ways. At this Relish class, chef Tracey Shepos will lead participants as they make creative and delicious Thanksgiving dishes.

Learn how to make:

  • Brined & Roasted Turkey Breast
  • Stuffing with Italian Sausage, Apples, Chestnuts, Focaccia and Sage
  • Root Vegetable Mash
  • Roasted Butternut Squash with Maple Syrup
  • Brussels Sprout Leaves with Bacon, Onion & Apple
  • Cranberry Sauce with Pomegranate Molasses
  • Pear-Cranberry Crisp with Cardamom Whipped Cream

This Relish class includes 8 ounces of wine per person served to all participants over 21 years of age. Additional wine is available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
