Chef's Market: Early Summer Bounty at Relish Culinary Center
Chef's Market classes are repeated monthly with different chefs and seasonal menus through November.
By June the farmers market is really getting rolling. Late spring produce like asparagus and favas are still available and summer fruit like apricots and cherries are starting to appear. Please join Relish's monthly Chef's Market with food writer and Nourish Network founder Lia Huber who is all about fresh robust flavors with a healthful twist. Lia's menu for this class is a great illustration of her style, using local, seasonal ingredients combined with simple sure-fire techniques for nourishing home meals. And her friendly and approachable teaching style is always a big hit with participants.

This Relish class includes 8 ounces of wine per person served to all participants over 21 years of age. Additional wine is available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
