Chef's Market: Summer Heaven at Relish Culinary Center
Relish is thrilled to be cooking with chef Colleen McGlynn at the July Chef's Market. Chef Colleen and her husband Ridgely Evers produce the award-winning artisan DaVero olive oil here in Healdsburg, and Colleen is quite an accomplished chef in her own right. One of their earliest "roving" classes was at Colleen's home and olive orchard just outside of town. It was an incredibly memorable (and very hot) summer day tasting olive oils and cooking in her wood-fired oven. They'll capture the same spirit at this Chef's Market class as Colleen leads their farmers market tour (she's a huge supporter of the market and was a vendor there until this year when she opened a nearby tasting room and retail shop) and leads participants in a fantastic summer menu featuring DaVero olive oil and amazing summer produce. The complete lunch will be served with DaVero wine.
This Relish class includes 8 ounces of wine per person served to all participants over 21 years of age. Additional wine is available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
