The Chef’s Table provides a conversational setting where Joyce, an acknowledged authority on the cultures and cuisine of this famed region, will take you on a culinary journey with a focus on Mediterranean salads. You’ll leave filled with practical and doable recipes for creating new and appetizing dishes.
- Tuna White Bean Salad Served with Charmoula Dressing or Pesto Vinaigrette
- Paella Rice Salad with Shrimp, Chicken and Oregano Garlic Vinaigrette
- Salmon and Scallops Salad with Potatoes and Green Beans Served with Pesto or Tarragon Cream Dressing
- Figs and Ham Over Local Summer Greens with Gorgonzola or Lemon Cream
- Escalibada: Eggplant, Peppers, Onions and Tomatoes with Toasted Cumin or Harissa Dressing
- Almond Cake with Marsala Cream
