Cooking with Chevre: Holiday Small Plates at Relish
Relish is excited to host chef Jacquelyn Buchanan, culinary director at Laura Chenel's Chevre, for this hands-on cooking class featuring creative "small plate" recipes and techniques for cooking with Laura Chenel's cheeses. Chef Jacquelyn is inspired by the recent 40th anniversary of Chez Panisse and will include the famous Baked Goat Cheese with Garden Lettuces along with other inspired dishes. You will cook with not only the fresh Chevre (the goat cheese that really started the US artisan cheese movement), but some of the other Laura Chenel cheeses, such as Cabecou. Chef Jacquelyn is an amazing instructor who easily demystifies cooking techniques and methods. She will share gorgeous recipes that really feature these world-class cheeses.

This Relish class includes 8 ounces of wine per person served to all participants over 21 years of age. Additional wine is available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
