. Chef Ash, in conjunction with The Alaskan Seafood Marketing Institute is sharing the importance of sustainability. The offerings in this class are proof that we do not have to sacrifice anything to make better choices for our oceans. Throughout the evening Chef Ash will elucidate the attributes of Alaskan Seafood. Along with an education about current seafood harvesting issues, students will learn that sustainability is delicious.
