Description:
When it's propery prepared, handmade pasta is a truly satifying dish. Lisa Lavagetto will facilitate this fun workshop in which students will learn to mix and roll fresh pasta dough, then create various shapes to stuff with succulent fillings. Students will learn to make some great sauces to top the pasta, and the class will conclude with an Italian sampler buffet.
