Chef Dustin Valette is a local boy who grew up in Geyserville and, after studying in New York and establishing his talent at renowned restaurants across the US, landed back in Healdsburg at the helm of Charlier Palmer's Dry Creek Kitchen. Chef Dustin's ultra-hands-on approach is evident in his house-cured salumi, housemade pickles, and other personal touches. His seasonal menus elevate our wonderful local ingredients into gastronomic wonders. This is truly FINE dining. Each course will be served with a specially selected local wine.

This Relish class includes 12 ounces of premium wine per person served to all participants over 21 years of age. Additional wine is available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
