Relish is spearheading this weekend of events that includes:
Multiple wild mushroom forays lead by chef & mushroom expert Elissa Rubin-Mahon at different locations around Healdsburg
Different wild mushroom food events at the Relish Culinary Center following the forays, including hands-on mushroom preserving on Friday, demonstration lunch on Saturday and a pop-up brunch (not a class) on Sunday
Special wild mushroom dinner menus all weekend at several Healdsburg restaurants, including Dry Creek Kitchen, Baci Cafe, Bistro Ralph and Zin.
