June Culinary Lunch & Learn: Thai Flavors at Relish Culinary Center
Kick off summer with a virtual trip to Asia. Join chef Mei Ibach, who leads culinary tours to Singapore, Thailand, and China, for the June Lunch & Learn classes featuring this flavorful summer menu inspired by her travels to Thailand and Vietnam. Guests will learn how to use wonderful exotic ingredients such as lemongrass, curry, and pho noodles to spice up everyday grilled chicken and seasonal vegetables. Once lunch is served, chef Mei will shift gears to demonstrate a tangy frozen dessert that doubles as an Asian-inspired cocktail. Guests will savor every bite as they take in authentic Asian cooking methods.

This Relish class includes 4 ounces of wine per person served to all participants over 21 years of age. Additional wine is available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
