Hot Deals in Sonoma

Renowned food writer, Kathy Gunst returns to Sonoma County to share some of her favorite hors d'oeuvres and appetizer recipes just in time for holiday entertaining and winter cocktail parties. Participants will create a wide variety of bite-sized dishes, some simple and fast, others a bit more complex. Meld Maine recipes with seasonal Sonoma ingredients with the exception of live Maine lobster, a tradition when Kathy visits. End the class with a festive appetizer party complete with Maine-inspired sparkling cocktails and local wines.
