Come and enjoy an Italian night while Bettina Malfatti teaches you to make delicious Manicotti (stuffed pasta) for your special family or friends. You will have a fun evening in a most laid back atmosphere with other students who want to learn how to make a delicious and easy meal. Bettina will also teach you how to make her famous, not so hard, biscotti. There will be generous tastings for all to enjoy.
