for a delicious chocolate filled evening with Chef Diane Hom. You are invited to sip on Aztec Hot Chocolate as you learn about the history of the ingredient dating back to 1100 BC. You will watch and learn the techniques involved in chocolate making and molding before tasting a variety of chocolates and putting them to use. Students will take home Valentine’s treats to enjoy.
