If you're looking for new flavors and recipes for the holidays, or a complete meal to recreate for a holiday dinner, this class is for you. Participants will come away with a collection of New England-inspired recipes as they create a complete holiday dinner with recipes from renowned writer Kathy Gunst's new book. Of course the menu features seasonal Sonoma County ingredients sprinkled with New England favorites like maple syrup and wild blueberries. At the end of class, feast on a delicious supper paired with premium local wines.

This Relish class includes 8 ounces of wine per person served to all participants over 21 years of age. Additional wine is available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
