Are you ready for some fun? On the day of this class, Mardi Gras will be in full swing in New Orleans so let’s party, Big Easy style in the wine country. Hit the culinary scene with Chef Maria Vieages as she teaches you how to prepare food from her native city. Maria was born in New Orleans where she lived for 44 years so if you want the real deal, look no further. Maria will show you how to recreate an authentic New Orleans Shrimp Boil and make Acadiana Style Gumbo. You will cook to the sounds of New Orleans Jazz and will score some Mardi Gras Beads and other goodies.
