The charming "Paella Guy" chef Gerard Nebesky is back to lead an inspired Paella class con mucho gusto! Chef Gerard will lead you as you make three delicious paellas, including his famous Paella Mixta that won the Throwdown with Bobby Flay. One paella will be cooked on the cooktop, one on the grill, and the third on one of Gerard's special paella burners. Participants will learn the process for perfect paella, with the perfectly crunchy bottom crust called socarrat.
The paella buffet will be enjoyed with some great local wines.
