SAVEUR Magazine seeks out stories from around the globe that weave together culture, tradition, and people through the language of food. Sur La Table has partnered with them to present; SAVEUR Cooks, which will bring a new variety of themes to their Cooking Classes.
Putting food to the fire provides that quintessential taste relatable to all cultures around the world. In this class, centered around the world’s best way to cook, grill everything from skirt steak and peppers with an avocado sauce, fresh shrimp basted in a piquant chile butter to lemon- and oregano-marinated pork kebabs and fresh green onions with roasted pepper sauce.
