At this Relish class, pastry chef Shelly Kaldunski will lead participants as they bake some fantastic savory items. Chef Shelly forgoes the sugar to share recipes that are seasoned with cheese, herbs, vegetables and more. Participants will learn classic techniques for several types of dough, including galette dough, empañada dough, pate a choux (for gougere) and biscuits, plus a fun savory corn pudding. All the recipes lend themselves to substituting other flavors, making them even more useful to you at home.
