cooking class you will learn how to make the following sauces with accompanying dishes:
Salmon Fillets with Fresh Chive Beurre Blanc
Asparagus with Green Peppercorn Mayonnaise
Tournedos of Beed with Wine Merchant's Sauce
Green Beans Amandine
Individual French Chocolate Cakes with Dark Chocolate Ganache, Caramel Sauce, and Fleur De Sel
Class will begin promptly at 6:30pm in the kitchen of the Depot Hotel Restaurant
