- Sopa de Garbanzos: Beans with Onion, Garlic and Lamb Chorizo
- Sopa Dde Frijole: Red Kidney Beans, Onion, Garlic, Pastina and Smoked Pimenton
- Gazpacho: Organic Roma and Zebra Tomatos with Garlic, Onions, Sweet Bell Peppers, Serrano Peppers, Cucumbers and Italian Flat Leaf Parsley
