"Hoo" wouldn't love an owl-shaped cupcake for Halloween? Mindy Wright, a children's cooking instructor, will be teaching kids how to make cupcakes and frosting from scratch and then decorate them as owls, ghosts, and other ghoulish figures.
Each child will take home a small box of cupcakes and a recipe packet.
