Be fearless about cooking with fish! Chef Tracey Shepos will lead guests as they cook creative seafood dishes, keeping you cool in the kitchen on a hot summer evening. We'll focus our efforts on local, sustainable seafood choices, some common and some more unusual. We'll start with a cool seafood ceviche, a delicious, cool and quick appetizer to make any time you have really fresh fish. Then we'll fire up the grill and create some savory seafood and shellfish dishes. We'll enjoy our seafood buffet with local wines.
