Sweet Doughs Master Class at Ramekins
In this hands-on class, Author and Artisan Baker Michael Kalanty will guide you in learning how to create light and tender baked goods. Chef Mike is the author of How To Bake Bread: The Five Families of Bread®, winner of the “Best Bread Book in the World” at the Paris Cookbook Fair in 2010.
This class will teach you the artisan method for combining tasty tenderizers, how to incorporate them into your doughs and how to easliy form them into professional looking loaves. Adapted from Old World Italian methods, Chef Mike has customized these recipes for your home. They can be made on the machine or entirely by hand.
