Join Sur La Table for this special series based on Emily Luchetti's legendary cookbook, The Fearless Baker, to build your confidence and become a truly fearless baker at home.
Sur La Table chef instructors will help students master the basics of measuring, mixing, assembling and baking a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pies, tarts, breads, and dessert classics. You’ll learn how to approach and execute any baking recipe will skill and confidence as you discover how to properly work with basic baking ingredients and tools.

This class is taught by Sur La Table chef instructors, Emily Luchetti will not be in attendance.
Each student receives a free autographed copy of The Fearless Baker by Emily Luchetti.
Class is open to ages 18 and older.
