She will introduce you to the wonderful world of cooking with tagines and her cookbook The Food of Morocco, rewritten with 150 new recipes. Tagines make it possible to cook Moroccan food the authentic way, allowing the dish to be beautifully presented at the table with greatly rewarding results.
