. In this hands-on class, IACP Cooking Teacher of the Year John Ash will dive in and prepare various types of shellfish and discuss their delicious possibilities. From crusteaceans such as crab and shrimp, to mollusks like oysters and scallops, you will develop a broad knowledge and techniques for preparing shellfish.
