. Their intensive 4-day Camps, limited to 10 students, include instruction on advanced culinary techniques featuring locally sourced ingredients. Guest chefs, renowned for their culinary passion and mastery, will cover subjects as diverse as French sauces, cheese making, pastry, bread baking, meat preparation and a variety of cooking methods.
In order to fully experience the cuisine of the Wine Country, these camps will include trips to local wineries and sustainable farms. You will select the freshest ingredients for classes and develop a knowledge of seasonality and sustainability. A trip to Sonoma wouldn’t be complete without extensive wine education. Exceptional winemakers, sommeliers, and outstanding wineries, including the renowned Hanzell Vineyards, Opus One, Cline Cellars
, Jacuzzi Family Vineyards
and Scribe Winery, will provide an education on grape harvesting, wine production, tasting, and food pairing.
They are pleased to announce that these camps’ will feature a private dinner at Chef Thomas Keller’s renowned restaurant The French Laundry, one of the world’s preeminent dining establishments, on Wednesday evening following a special tour of Opus One.
