is pleased to welcome Chad Melville, co-founder of Melville Vineyards, renowned for their Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah. Chad will pair his wines with the innovative cuisine of Chef Matthew Bousquet of the highly regarded restaurant Mirepoix for this special dinner. Chef Bousquet is recognized for his refreshingly modern interpretations of upscale French dishes, which are featured at his Michelin Star awarded restaurant Mirepoix, and new venture, Bistro M.
Working with ingredients sourced at the peak of perfection, Chef Bousquet will create a special seasonal menu to be paired with the following wines:
