Jack London State Historic Park, once home to and now a memorial for the famous writer and adventurer best remembered for his novel Call of the Wild, is one of 70 California state parks set to permanently close by July 2012 due to state budget cuts.
Proceeds from the concert will benefit the Valley of the Moon Natural History Association, a non-profit volunteer organization that supports Jack London, Sugarloaf Ridge, and Annadel State parks
The theatre is entirely outdoors so come prepared for all types of weather. Perhaps you want to bring a blanket and dress in warms layers as Sonoma nights may be quite cold. You may also want to bring a flashlight as there is minimal lighting at the venue.
