Larry Carlin has been playing and writing about bluegrass for years. He has assembled the best bluegrass bands in Northern California to play at the Pub. The Whutknotts are an acoustic trio from Sonoma and Marin counties, and they play an eclectic mix of classic country, bluegrass, old-time rock & roll and whatnot. The trio consists of Doug Adamz on guitar, harmonica and fiddle, Don Rich on guitar, and Larry Carlin on bass. All three sing, and they have been playing together in various bands over the past 20 years.
