Sonoma County Blues Society - Show & Blues Jam

Description: This is where you go when you are looking to make new friends. This jam is well attended by dancers and music lovers. It's easy to be in this room.
The night starts between 7:30 and 8 PM with an introductory jam. From around 9 PM to 10 PM you get to see one of the hot local bands that are out there doing it now. The evening closes with another 1 1/2 hours of jam time.
Notables: Whereas The Sonoma County Blues Society aspires to put on their best musicians week to week, this is an open jam where musician with lesser skills can go to receive a little nurishment and support of the soul.
The SCBS does not claim to be something that they are not. The Sonoma County Blues Society is a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization dedicated to the preservation of the blues as an american art form.
