Plow and Play at Jack London State Historic Park
This event is part of the Park Celebration festival that has been going on since late April. A variety of nature events are set up from April until the summer solstice in late June.
Step back to the time of Jack London with the gentle giants of the California Draft Horse and Mule Association. You'll get to watch plowing and harnessing demos. You'll also be able to take a free horse-drawn wagon ride, watch a blacksmith, and check out the Early Day Gas Engine and Tractor Association.
This is going to be a fun, educational event.
