Show your support by joining him at this Dominican Style Pig Roast.
featuring fine wines, delicious pork plates and a live auction. All proceeds benefit Russ's Kitchen. Courtland Palmer (son of Charlie Palmer) started Russ's Kitchen Project which will provide food and aid for the girls of Hogar Doña Chucha and Altagracia, who are abandoned, orphaned and disadvantaged in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He is determined to build a panadería (kitchen/bakery) in Santo Domingo and has set a personal goal to raise $85,000 - the budget needed to build, equip, supply labor and raise the panaderia to appropriate standards.
