A Taste of Place is a quarterly educational series dedicated to exploring the relationship between wine and food. This edition is centered on holiday foods and Guivira's perfect wines for fall: Grenache and Mourvedre. Chef Joe Rueter will guide you through an interactive afternoon where you will prepare a special recipe using Quivira produce and other estate goods, and then pair it with other nibbles and Quivira wines for lunch.
