This six-course dining experience includes salmon cake with Dungeness crab leg in a citrus buerre blanc sauce served with Balletto Rose of Pinot Noir, local grass fed lamb chops with wild mushroom risotto served with Balletto Pinot Noir, and braised short ribs in a zinfandel reduction sauce served with Balletto Zinfandel.
