Downtown Wine in Healdsburg will be ringing in the Dragon to celebrate the 4709th Chinese New Year. There will be wine tasting, Dim Sum, music, red envelopes, and fortune cookies inside and Dim Sum Charlie’s vintage Airstream outside. This is a unique opportunity to explore pairing wine with Dim Sum. Think Pinot Noir and Sui Mai or unoaked Chardonnay and shrimp dumplings. 5% of all proceeds will be donated to the Redwood Empire Chinese Association.
