RamekinsShow on map proudly welcomes Ben Flajnik and Sonoma’s Envolve Winery for a very special evening celebrating the art of food and wine pairings. A boutique winery committed to biodynamic and sustainable winemaking, Envolve Winery was created in 2008 by three childhood friends and Sonoma natives Ben Flajnik, Michael Benziger and Danny Fay, together sharing a passion for winemaking and all things Sonoma. Their philosophy is that wine is made in the vineyard and take a non-interventionist approach to winemaking, letting the vineyard speak for itself and each wine reflect a distinct sense of place. Their goal as winemakers  is to educate and create honest, sustainable friendships with their customers, just as they have created within their own team. Come experience their wines while you enjoy a seasonal and locally based menu created by RamekinsShow on map Executive Chef Doug MacFarland.
