Join the tradition and taste the harvest at Michel-Schlumberger Wine Estate. Get a behind-the-scenes harvest tour, taste grapes fresh from the vine, and end the tour with a traditional Harvest Lunch prepared by local chefs using all locally sourced produce from their restaurant gardens, local organic farmers or Michel-Schlumberger's own organic Estate garden.
This week's chef, Duskie Estes, from Zazu and Bovolo, will prepare a 3-course meal of Red Curry Pumpkin and Coconut Soup, Pomegranate Lacquered Liberty Duck Leg with Roasted Fennel and Hazelnut Farro Salad, and finishing with a Sebastopol Pear and Frangipane Tart and Honey Gelato.
