Description:
Join the tradition and taste the harvest at Michel-Schlumberger Wine Estate. Get a behind-the-scenes harvest tour, taste grapes fresh from the vine, and end the tour with a traditional Harvest Lunch prepared by local chefs using all locally sourced produce from their restaurant gardens, local organic farmers or Michel-Schlumberger's own organic Estate garden.
This week's chef, John Harasty, owner of the Haydon Street Inn
in Healdsburg, will prepare a 4-course meal of Ratatouille Crostini with Chevre, Nicoise Salad with Seared Tuna, Applewood Smoked Boneless Pork Chop with Sage Sausage Cornbread Suffing and Bourbon Demi Glaze, then finishing with an Espresso Creme Brulee Almond Biscotti.
